Since our first National Pie Championships First Place winning Banana Cream pie in 2006 we have continued to collect awards for our pastry. From our latest Best Of Show winners for Cherry Pie and White Chocolate Mousse Cherry pie from the 2011 Florida State Fair to last years winning Chocolate Mousse cake to a long line of award winning cookies, Hilton's strives to provide the best pastry experience.

Hilton's pastries are baked daily. We utilize only the wholesome freshest ingredients. We offer long time favorites, Chocolate Chip cookies and Apple pie to new favorites like Strawberry Mousse cake with White Chocolate Ganache and Lemon Crystal cookies. We have a flavor to please every palate.

Hilton's Gourmet Bakery is located at the corner of Hwy 17/92 and West Maple St. I share space with my friend Samantha Summerlin. Samantha owns "The Hotel and Flower Corner.

We did it, Cupcake Wars! We finsihed 4 th but we held our heads high and presented our best for that day. Watch us on the food network.

We had a wonderful time at the 2012 National Pie Championships. I think getting together with our pie baking friends is one of the best parts. Winning of course is our goal and I did. Second place for Coconut Cream Pie that I entered in a Mini Pie catagory. There was great pie and work has strated on our pie fromulas for next year. Please stop by and sample, lunch is great. Welcome to the Orlando area and our wonderful Resorts and Theme parks. Are you and your family planning a party while visiting us? Jenn's family, from Indiana, did and as you can see we provided not only a wonderful Chocolate cake but balloons and flowers to match. They were celebrating Jenn birthday while visiting Florida, a Great Birthday Gift:). My Cupcake Wars partner Samantha Summerlin owns The Hotel and Flower Corner. I share space for my bakery at the Hotel and we work together to offer our customers a complete celebration stop. We offer everything from Cake, Flowers, Balloons, Gift Baskets to Party Planning and Catering for receptions, wedding and company get togethers.
