I was invited to compete in Season 3 of "Cupcake Wars" shown on the Food Network.  I can hardly describe how wonderful it was to be chosen out of 1000s of bakers who try to get on the show.  Samantha Summerlin was my assistant for the show. Competition was tough and if I had not forgotten to set the oven timer our cupcake might have done better.  Taste is so subjective, every time I compete I try to take back the thoughts of the judges and look to apply them to my baking.
